Yoga Journal and Yoga International magazines have great information on yoga. Yoga Journal’s website is a fabulous resource for questions about stretches and contra-indications. The print magazines contain invaluable information, however expect an overabundance of Hindu philosophy.
Yoga Alliance is the national education and support organization for yoga in the United States. Not all yoga instructors have completed the necessary training to be registered with the Yoga Alliance, so please use this site to find a Registered Yoga Teacher near you.
Christian Yoga
Christian Yoga is drawing practitioners in droves because it combines a gentle stretching routine with breath work and meditation, often using Centering Prayer.
